fixed out of star shooting with lasers
fixed ISD Conqueror Front section template
changed some prerequisites for the SSD

so that would be the v 1.0 release
added ship size icons (adapted from New Ship class and ISB).
rescaled all the ships, spacing should be better now.
added Dreadnought tech (adapted from New ship class)
changed code for the Empire Ship Size Tech
renamed some files
changed station shader (should look different)
