little fix for the Transport ship

fixed out of star shooting with lasers
fixed ISD Conqueror Front section template
changed some prerequisites for the SSD

so that would be the v 1.0 release
added ship size icons (adapted from New Ship class and ISB).
rescaled all the ships, spacing should be better now.
