Major changes to dusk coloration in an attempt to bring more colorful twilights. Each weather pattern has its own color progression.

More changes are likely on the way as I keep polishing.

Eclipses are still unaffected until I get everything where I want it. Partially because i'm testing an eclipse event that brings a small raid of night creatures for another mod I have in development.

Increased night lighting levels across the board between <0.01, 0.01, 0.01> and <0.05, 0.05, 0.05> lighter. May not be noticable (yet) but I will be making any lighting changes in very small increments so not to spoil anyones game atmosphere.
