- Changed intro-music for nostalgia purposes.
- Changed initial division templates, also initial divisions are now 100% instead of 50% strength.
- Fixed an issue with research slot modifiers not properly working (no more unlimited research slots, sorry).
- Some tweaks to research slot upgrades, lower end slots are somewhat more expensive, higher end somewhat cheaper.
- Nations now start with 3 research slots, 2 was a bit too few.
- Slightly reduced threat from border war events things were heating up a little bit too fast.
- Added some various localisations.

Made the mod compatible with v1.10.*

- Added border wars, this is the main mechanic driving World Tension (and expansion without open war), available to the "expansionist" diplomatic path.

- Removed cores from most border-provinces and assigned them to releasable secondary nations to give spies a bit more work oppurtunities, I am allso looking into an alternative mechanic for the "new world order" path focusing on inciting uprisings in said non-cores that generate extra World Tension.

- Did some reworking on naval bases, adding naval bases to most relevant bases but not on every godforsaken island, this should somewhat reduce garrison requirements for nations with a lot of islands like PRRS (Japan) and Australasia.

- Removed the research-slot focusses and replaced them with decisions, adding research slots is easier but they now cost an upkeep in consumer goods, in my opinion it has allways been too much no-brainer to go for research-slots early on, now it is much less so.
