- Moved all changed texture files into a seperate folder in preparation for easier compatibility with Enhanced User Interface
- Slightly altered the foodbar look to match all the other bars
- Added Interface category to make it easier to find this in the appropiate Workshop category

Forced my partybar background texture to be used over others. This should fix this and Elithian Race being incompatible with each other.
Changed nameplate length roughly to what it is in Elithian Race to prevent problems with their longer names.

Note: I might change it so that the new longer nameplate is only used if Elithian Race is enabled aswell if people complain about the new nameplate length.
