- Just added music for the carousel event on the dark carnival campaign.

Update: Stability and bug fix

- Fixed a chunk of the sounds that cut off and make a noise. The sounds that have been edited are the becomeenraged and the alert sounds.

I will continue to check to make sure the sounds are working correctly and fix those that don't this update is just a fix for the becomeenraged sounds and alert sounds that cut off. There may still be sounds that cut off I just need to find them and fix them is there are.
