Changed the code to also set the card rotation correctly, as Tabletop Simulator now allows rotating cards within hands

New button: "Reset Ready Tokens"; resets the provided readiness tokens without rotating hands. Handy if you have a non-drafting-related reason to use ready tokens, e.g. simultaneous spell preparation in Epic Spell Wars.

Changed the tools in the bag to match the tools on display in using the "tobiiDraftTools_" prefix for futureproofing and third-party-proofing.
