  • Ingenious Craft now provides +2 Gold and Golden Age Points to GPP Improvements.
  • Free Market Increases the Tourism modifier for trade routes by +10%.
  • Free Market's Trade Bonus reduced from +2.5 to +2.0.
  • Corporatism now provides +10% Monopoly Yield Modifier, and +2 Flat Monopoly Yield(including happiness). (Vox Populi Only)

Patronage's Friendly CS bonus increased from 1 to 2.
Representation gets a cleaner yield source (performance improvement, non-balance change)
Representation's Gold and Science bonus on specialist reduced from 2 to 1.
Universal Suffrage reworked: -15% Hurry Cost, Laborers produce +1 Food, +2 Science, and +2 Culture.

Vassalage reworked: Vassalage now grants +10 XP, militaristic city-states grant double as much units, -25% unit maintenance, coastal cities generate +1 Great Admiral Point, military gifts grant +10 additional influence.
Bureaucracy's Court Production bonus increased from +25% to +100%.
Free Speech's Culture bonus increased from +10% to +15%.

Slavery gets a cleaner yield source (performance improvement, non-balance change)
Serfdom's Worker Improvement Bonus reduced from +25% to +15%.
Serfdom no longer provides a penalty in food nor a bonus in Border Growth Points.

Ingenious Craft's bonus now extends toward Oil Wells and Offshore Platforms.
Mercantilism no longer provides specialist happiness, bonus internal yields, and domestic trade bonus. Cities with City Connections now provide +4 Food and +4 Production.
Environmentalism gets a cleaner yield source (performance improvement, non-balance change)

Ancestor Worship now provides +3 Culture and +3 Faith to Natural Wonders and Landmarks.
State Atheism reworked to Cult of Personality.
Cult of Personality grants +3 Culture to cities following the majority religion and converts happiness to culture.
Free Religion's Science bonus increased from +10% to +15%.

More Guilds addon;
Labor Union no longer provides +10% Worker Improvement Speed. (Factories now improves it by +1 Gold rather than Workshops)
National Syndicate no longer provides +1 Gold to Villages/Towns and +5 Gold to incoming/outcoming trade routes, but +15% Gold from City Connections. (Stock Exchanges now improves it by +1 Gold rather than Banks)
Federal Institution's GPP Rate reduced from +15% to +10%.
Civil Service's Friend/Ally Food bonus reduced from +4/+6 to +2/+3.

Fixed Representation, Caste System, Slavery, Environmentalism bug not properly disappearing its event upon choosing another civic.

The Great Leap Update
This update will be introducing several changes to early civics, so civilizations feel more entitled to stay toward their early style of governing rather than being forced just because it's better.

Civil Law now generates +15% Food in cities with a WLTKD.
Fixed Vassalage bug of not properly reducing unit maintenance.
Vassalage's Citadel Great General Point Bonus reduced from 3 to 2.
Vassalage's Coastal Cities Great Admiral Point Bonus reduced from 2 to 1.
Vassalage's Feitoria Great General Point Bonus transferred to Great Admiral Point Bonus.
Naval Tradition's Coastal City Great Admiral Point Bonus reduced from 3 to 1.
Naval Tradition's Citadel Great General Point Bonus increased from 2 to 3.
Bureaucracy no longer grants the capital +5 Production and +5 Gold.
Bureaucracy's City Connection Bonus increased from +30% to +50%.
Constitutionalism now generates +15% Culture during Golden Age.
Slavery no longer provides +1 Production to Granary and Market.
Slavery now provides +2 Production to Laborers(Unemployed Citizens for non-VP).
Mechanization now reduces Poverty by -15% (Vox Populi only).
Mercantilism's Unhappiness from Specialist reduced from 2 to 1.
Mercantilism's Internal Yield Modifier increased from +10% to +25%.

The next and last big update will involve the last and new set of civics: Military. Rather than using building maintenance to manage upkeep. They manage unit maintenance and unit supply determined by population. AIs will be really dedicated toward these civics and will stay truly toward them if they must.
