cc_commandtable has been updated:
- *NEW* Enable/disable the sound effects when unknown commands/cheats are found
- *NEW* Enable/disable chat logging
- *NEW* Option to change the sound made when cheats are found
- *NEW* Option to change the sound made when any unknown commands are found

cc_getcommandtable.lua has been updated, the following changes were made:
- Added more bad commands
- *NEW* Unknown commands (commands that are not on cc_badcmds, cc_custombadcmds, or cc_goodcmds) will be shown as orange.
- *NEW* List of confirmed GOOD commands (support for all gamemodes, if you find an unsupported gamemode, contact Zero)
- *NEW* option to enable/disable showing goodcommands in list
- *NEW* option to enable/disable logging of command usage
- *NEW* sound will be played when a bad/unknown command is found, and calling admin will be notified in chat

Fixed OOC, Yell, Advert, etc. And commands are now in different categories
