Changes all unique Rails colors:
JERICHO: now has a pink hew just like barracuda does
STRYKER: newly shot projectiles are red hot because of how rapidly they're being shot, the shots cooldown after a bit changing their color back to yellow
RHYNO: changed it from boringly yellow to shifting from yellow to red
BUSTER: is now more intensive in color
SHREDDER: received an effect similar to Imperial Turbolasers from Star Wars
BULLSEYE: shoots blue crystal like projectiles which cooldown after being shot to their natural dark blue color
