Complete Remake!

+ Updated for TLS update
Uses Splatoon 1's Octoling for L4D1 Hunter
Uses Splatoon 2's Sanitized Octoling for L4D2 Hunter

+ Jiggle bones for the hair

+ Improved materials and textures
Added more detail for normals
Fixed inverted green normals

- Removed RNG to reduce crashing for low-end users

+/- Voice has been changed to Splatoon 2's Sanitized Octoling
Sound clicking has also been fixed

+ Added Blood and Burn effects to the textures
Shredding a Survivor will make the Octohunter bloody
Octohunters now get crispy when lit on fire

Improved the Octoling's butt to look normal when crouching.

Hopefully fixed the Octoling's skin to have working RNG. There's 2 versions; regular skin, and bloody mouthed skin.
