Finally fixed output prorblems in no-grow areas (infinity times zero, in this game, is zero). Also added underground wells, two levels. Well IV to VI, as well as underground wells, can now be built inside.

Updated tech indoor farms so that they can be used properly in areas without fertility of any kind as a temporary measure (in other words, fertility has no effect on them), Also, fixed some automation issues, guess there was conflicts somewhere in the code that wasn't apparent before.

Expanded Input level for Packing Tables, Fixed a bug for the Indoor Cactus and Cotton (somehow it was missed when I made this mod or vanilla changed it back to an uniofnished state?)
