Game update changed weather format. Rainbow Road 64 weather was updated accordingly. It will no longer crash the game.

Fixed checkpoint stuff and "wrong way!" messages. Also fixed walls as good as possible. Fixed some weathers going black if certain other mods were inactive by adding missing weather files. It's now 200% more fun and colourful!

Added automatic respawn when falling off the track. Also added a Remastered layout, which is heavily smoothed out and much more fun to drive!
