- Increased limit to maximum value of signed 32-bit integer (tooltip will only work up to 150 abilities though)

- Reverted targeting change as targeting bug is now fixed

- Added fix to November 8's targeting bug
- Attempted to add controller support by matching the changes in November 8 patch, I haven't test it on controller yet, hopefully it has no problem there. (Report any problems here!)
