1. Slightly increased weapon dmg and AP dmg for the Blood Knight Infantry
2. Slightly increased weapon samage for the Blood Knight Melee Cavalry.
3. Increased the number of men in the Blood Knight Melee Cavalry to match the vanilla Blood Knights.

1. Renamed vmp_blood_knight_cav back to vmp_blood_knight_lancers, this should resolve any save game crashes.

2. Renamed vmp_blood_knight_lancers screen name from "Chargers" to "Melee Cavalry".
