Fixed: Fixed possible source of crashes/exceptions/surface not loading on loading save games.
Added: Added button to update the whole map to options entry. Use it if the above fix didn't work for you :) With the button you can force refresh surface.

Fixed: Moved common functionality in Extra Lanscaping Tools to common binary to prevent type not found errors in in main menu.
Added: Clip mode to expose grass. Use right mouse button if you want to bring original surface, as usual.

Fixed surface tool in asset editor. Improved loading speed.
