-Added separate "Daiteikoku" appearance selection tab to unclutter the race creation screen.
-Added over 90 new portraits of various factions.
-Split the portaits into the 5 initial major powers in the original game: The Empire of Aeries (and her colonies), the Republic of Gamerica (and her colonies), the Third Reich of Dokutsu (and Itarin), UHOS (and the Chun Empire), and the Empire of Japan.
-Some portraits will exclusively appear as leaders, while others (such as generic admirals) will only appear as population. Some can appear as both (such as important colonials).
