Hotfix for the hotfix; typo

This hotfix corrects the lack of unlock date for certain game genres which should not be available in 1970 as they make no sense on a single screen, adds some flavour text to a description or two, and generally corrects very minor issues. No need to restart your saves for this one unless you're in the 70s and annoyed by unreality.
