Improved HP and research times. Also made sure no syntax errors are present.

Changed it back so that cultists can't get Firebalm. For some odd reason, they can use fire balm and most of the time do it properly, but I've had a few rare runtime errors that I think are coming from this mod, and not my other mod better heroes.

Fixed Firebalm to only be purchaseable by Rangers, Rogues, Elves and Cultists.

Added more tags to see if the tag system works for mods.
