Configuration added. Navigate to the XComAdvancedModularWeapons.ini file and alter the values there to change the Supply cost, Alloy cost, or timespan of the project.

Attempted to add Korean localization. Did not take due to accidentally forgetting to use Unicode for the .kor file.

Fixed a bug that caused Operation Gatecrasher to fail on new campaigns with Ironman mode enabled.
