Manual Updates:

- Clarified Turn skipping in "On Your Turn" section

- Clarified rules in "Game End" section

- Reformatted the rules in the notebook by separating each section into its own page

- Fixed typos in the rules

Added 4 tile racks to each player. They like to fall through the table, so do not unlock them if you intend on using them.

Disabled hands. I didn't know you could turn hands off for a mod, so I did.

Added a suggestion to disable hands in the Rules notebook, just in case it doesn't work.
