First full 'stable' release 1.0

There may be unforseen bugs that arrise in use, and for that I apologize. I fully believe this to be a more dynamic and interesting ruleset for the game compared to the original and hope many of you agree :)

I may include more changes in the future, but for the most part I'm satisfied with the work here and any changes from here on out with be either bug fixes or possible community feedback issues.
