Major update

12 new NPCs
1 new SNPC

Emoticon now uses a higher-quality model with multiple bodygroups (the 5.0 version), and it emits the sound it did in the maps.

2D Monster now emits the sound it did in the maps.

Fixed TFC guys not playing death animations.

Starman's texture now uses chrome.
