Gargantua-based NPCs and Gonome-based SNPCs no longer emit an obnoxious roar every time they play their idle animation.

Pengybot's monotonous clacking is now dynamic sound, and the volume is turned down.

Onos no longer tries to emit a non-existant sound.

Native and Volti-Chan now use dynamic sounds only.

You no longer need VJBase for the HL:S-based NPCs.

Nerfed Speed Hacker and Cloaked Knifer.

Fixed an embarassing coding error.

Speed Hacker's theme song defaults to 0.

Fixed Speed Hacker's soundtrack not disabling.

Added soundtrack for Speed Hacker (still a bit buggy at the moment), and option in the spawnmenu to disable/enable it.

Increased ranged-to-melee distance for most ranged-attacking SNPCs.

Loader Boss's sounds play at a higher level.

Reduced Shii's HP.
