Added reflex bows for Armoured Archers

Changed looks on a whole variety of the units to look more intermediate but at the same time historically accurate.

- Cavalery units got capes and some new helmets.
- Spear units got a nice make over!
- Some archers got Recurive bows.
- Removed some clipping helmets.
