1.) Upped the relationship between Germany and Scandinavia to make an alliance easier, Scandinavia has a claim on Schleswig, renounce this claim to make an alliance inevitable.
2.) Changed the "Danish West Indies" to "Scandinavian West Indies".
3.) Modified the Scandinavian Union event, which now allows the player to change the government of Scandinavia from a Danish monarchy to a national dictatorship, which will also change the name of the country to "Scandinavian Union". For some reason this event happens twice, I'm looking into the issue.
