Scandinavia

This scenario adds in the Empire of Scandinavia, currently unaligned but poised to join the Central Powers in order to liberate the Scandinavian people in Russia (Finland).
To determine Scandinavia's starting resources, I simply combined Denmark, Norway, and Sweden's resources.
Please let me know your experiences playing this scenario. Let me know what you'd like to see changed.
Like my other scenarios, this has no end date; the turn timer has been completely removed from the game.


NOTE: To play as Scandinavia you need to select them from the other nations in the start menu. They currently have Denmark's flag in that screen, but display the Scandinavian flag in game.
