mp_player_death_items 0 (dropping no weapons and suitcases! = reduce client crashes)

v4.5
- add new mario sounds
- better audio quality
- lot of new enemies (strider, combinedropships drops soldier)
- new & longer traps & jump'n'runs
- few new buildings
- secret castle with steerable dragon inside (can drop explosions)
- sniper
- add few things to the END boss
- polish up few things
- reduce physic objects -> that hopefully reduce the client crashes... (I think its mostly on AMD systems?)
