First Github[github.com] release!
* Removed redundant "Simple" version
* Restructured files to work after l4d2 workshop update (with manual copy-paste install)
* Split and renamed cfg files for better compatibility with other radial mods
* Autoexec.cfg won't overwrite user's custom radial keybindings anymore
