Can now place anywhere. Don't place too far from a road.

Just went through with the tree rotation mod. The screenshots don't show this though.

Changed the props.
Now uses MrMaison's Jacaranda Tree and the vanilla Cherry Tree thanks to BloodyPenguin.

- Changed the stats to be more in line with the "Small Park" from the base game.
- Re-arranged/removed some of the props and added some more benches. Added a food stall.

New Stats:
Price: 1000
Upkeep: 50
Radius: 400
Entertainment: 100
Tourists: L-35 / M-30 / H-10

I wasn't updating it properly, this should be the proper file now.

Changed Upkeep to 250 and Entertainement to 100.
