Fixed issue related with "Events and Decision" mod support

Update may break your save file.

  • Unique Decision doesn't require Magistrate anymore.
  • Inverted Castle : +1 culture, +2 tourism -> +2 culture, +2 toursim/+3 culture, +25% production bonus to air unit, +5 health to air units based in city
  • minor bug fixed (may have still issue with EUI)

Update to Version 2. Will break your save file.

  • Bug Fixed : When Kobito enters new era and losts her capital, All bonus can be picked regardless of what was picked in previous era.
  • Bug Fixed : Stinging Swordsman can't be upgraded to Musketman.

  • Add Mod support : Events and Decisions, Civ IV Leader Traits in Civ V, Unique Cultural Influence, Cultural Diversity, Piety & Prestige, Mercenaries.
    May needs more work because I couldn't get enough time to check any errors occur.
  • Now Inverted Castle doesn't give +3 gold. Instead it gives +1 culture.
  • And some minor things.
