Move position from a lamp in the garage because automatic deathmatchspawnpoint set it to high into lamp. Player can't move before on this spawnpoint.

- Add some clipbrushes for better movement
- Increase hostage - rescuezone for better gameplay
- Relocate the shelf in the garage for better hiding and movement
