Fixed the missing icons on the Lamp Post by adding new, colored icons. Same is going to happen for the Omni Lamps

Added new lights: Warm White, Orange directional Lights
Reworked some performance issues that the lights maybe have caused
Engram now costs 0 Points because there are more and more lights coming

Increased Light Radius of the Orange light a bit
Added new Color: Warm White
Reduced Engram cost down to 2 Points
Fixed display name of the light.

Preparing mod for Release, cleaning up some stuff.
