Added the 01.116-specific medical room tags; the panel still only has respawn, medical and power functions, but no suit or oxygen/hydrogen transfer.

Tweak dummies.

- Scale down the terminal dummy a little to be less overwhelming;
- Add a newly-supported respawn dummy; character will spawn facing the medical panel a meter away or so.
