Entire Esper's special promotion nerf
Between Esper's Level 3,4,5 promotions add Combat Training promotion (this will cause get level 4,5 promotion slower)
Since industrial era, Esper model will change to XCOM model
Support JFD's and Pouakai's Mercenaries MOD
