rebalance ground area,- is easier to build buildings.
(Unlike Tropico 4 here just finely uneven surface and not possible build buildings...game dont remodel surface)

*first enemy unit attack bit later
*erase during the attack angry mob units - is bugy invisible...
*erase one ugly task in WW, Minor repairs around all tasks, re-edit Communists rebellion
*add, fix some text :-(my english killing me...)
*The Great Depression was a real depression , and now is a little less depressed...
