Fresh start almost without buildings from colonial era to end .
I gradually remodeled default Island, to new.
I tried to gave maximum, what editor offer.

it's free, feel free

FREE PLAY - standard sandbox (EASY)
NO ENGLISH - if you use another language in the game.
FULL MISSION EXPERIENCE - scenario across all eras, for experienced players (NOT EASY)

UNLIMITED ALL BUILDINGS, SHIPS FOR FREE PLAY (except DLC, game editor not let me interfere with the DLC). AND SCENARIO only three limited because scenario. The original game has QUANTITY limits for buldings not only unique. Example TV station, banks etc...
The construction / purchase of trade ships for the fleet expansion without having the whole island full of Docks (it looks ugly). Add to Free Play also. Some buildings will be modify..

Some facts about this "little mammoth" island, mission
*I remodeled default island Ultimo to New Ultimo (therefore this name). Originally it was to be only mining colony. Only remodeling 150+ hours I destroy mouse
*roads in tunnels is, because player can't build roads in the tunnels rocks (limited by game)
*scenario is doing so to be different when you're play as a traitor, neutral or ally superpower
*More than 80 tasks, sequencies, around all eras in the unique paradise full of love and freedom. True challenge, long scenario for fulfilled dream of every bananas dictator.
*this island, mission is for 3000-10,000 population (must set in game)
*you need a little bit better HW as recomended
*plus add more animals, camera scene

WARNING : Due to bug game you need to see to the end camera scene. Avoid problems.
