Re-Made entire addon from beginning. Ghosting of model now works, No error on spawn of entity, Entity no longer spawns inside ground, added checkbox for starting welded or not. A.K.A Major Re-vamp and Update.

Finally got around to fixing the buggy holding and movement of the Money Pot entity ( I think ) , RENAMED ADDON TO DarkRP

(Hopefully) Removed harmless but annoying error when spawning it in.

added ability to show or unshow your account balance on the DarkRP Money Droper. Press Use(e) to toggle it. Also minor code cleanup.

Made stored money amount update every 5-6 times per second. Cleaned up code a small bit and removed un-needed/redundent parts
