Fixed some lightmap issues that were cuasing errors on various props.

Updated to RC3 of level.

Fixes: Various Lighting issues throughout level
Various Clipping issues throughout the level
Various geo bugs throughout the level
Mine Shaft now kills people when they enter instead of letting them hangout down there and die a slow death from Tuberculosis.
