* Gave the Skull Kid an ocarina that when played teleports him to the Jury-Rigged Portal

1.2.0 - The big Art fix

* Fixed his head, had to be bigger to fit in the straw hat correctly
* Fixed sideways head from lookin all funky, its now more round
* Added boot tops to his legs (minor OCD inspired fix)
* Updated Portrait image to reflect these changes
