Changes:
- Changed the Mutilator to now do only 220 ray damage per second instead of 266. Also increased its range massively from 30 to 300.
- Changed the Rocket Launcher for its damage hot spot radius to be 7 as compared to the original 4, its damage fall off radius from 8 to 10. Launch velocity from 30 to 48
