Completely redone paint colors, matched to real paint codes
Redone ambient occlusion, less ground influence
Redone light materials (uses $detail for emission instead of $selfillum)
Editable bones for all wheels, plus steering wheel
Embedded wheel animations added for missing cars
License plates now have separate UV space for front/back (for locations that don't require front plates)
Baja California plates replaced by Michigan
