fixed the divers' spawning without NVgoggles. still working on the script for destroying the other 5 sea farts.

ending counters setup. you can only complete the objective if you destroy the first set of 5 sea forts. havent added the triggers yet for the otehrs.

adding life to the mission. waypoints, all enemies, all tasks done. bases setup with tons of customized areas and some unique enemy guard waypoints
