Very minor update to fix a settings issue.

Fixed an issue where destroyed lanterns weren't disappearing properly.

The Pumpkin Lantern is now hauntable (though it doesn't do anything amazing, it just turns the light on or off).

Minor settings tweak to force all clients to download the mod when connecting to a server that has it. Should fix an issue regarding placement of the lantern.

Added the ability to set the light radius of the pumpkin, and switched it from being attackable with standard weapons to needing a hammer to break (like other structures)
