conquer fix

fixed anim problem

Now updated to work with the recent animation update, as well as correct iron sight animations and correctly placed animations.

Also edited the textures to have a better chrome effect, with a new .vmt, uncompressed normal maps and fixed mipmap settings which should prevent the weird lowres texture bug.

No longer requires any other addon.
Updated with new animations.
