- Fixed snap-grid orientation always being world-aligned instead of rotated with selected voxel map.
- Improved snap to voxel cell math to better account for rotation.
- Changed how nearby voxels are found, using a 10m+ area to allow to aim outside of it without switching selected map.
- Added a bounding box for voxel map's area when you're aiming near its edge (yellow) or outside of it (red).
- List of nearby voxel maps are now sorted by size and entityId to provide a more consistent selection.
- Voxel selection message shows a trimmed name + map size in m3 or km3.
- Fixed input being readable when not controlling character.
- Minor tweaks to tool descirption.

- Mining concrete voxel now drops Concrete Rubble, which can be converted by refineries or survival kit into Gravel (100:100, let me know if this can be exploited as I couldn't find it to be imbalanced).
- Changed some bindings from Shift modifier to Ctrl modifier, affects snap lock and alignment lock.
- Added optional modifier for 15deg increment box rotation with Ctrl+Alt+<Rotate> alongside the existing Shift+<Rotate>.
- Added ammo consumption when rescaling box and also when equipping tool with box scale larger than 1.
- Added alignment lock bind to tool description (seen in HUD hints mode).
- Fixed pressing CubeDefaultMountpoint bind to use this tool's actions toggling the cubebuilder's default mountpoint setting.
- Tweaked tool's in-hand position for better visibility and better alignment with the engineer hand.

- Fixed left hand breaking when "reloading" this tool (by force-loading it ammo to never reload).
- Changed voxel remove to progress slower the larger the area to balance better with drill.
- Changed tool recipe to require 5 iron, 2 nickel and 3 silicon (no more gold).
- Moved ConcreteMix to Consumables tab and remains in Tools where that tab doesn't exist.

- Changed concrete voxel mining ratio from 1.0 to 0.1.
- Changed concrete mix usage to be box scale cubed, rounded up and mimum of 1.
Examples:
Scale 2.5 means 2.5*2.5*2.5 = 15.625, rounded up means it needs 16 concrete mix.
Scale 0.5 results in ammo use of 1 because minimum of 1.
- Changed concrete mix usage for "painting" from 0.5 to 0.25 (multiplier of regular usage, also rounded up and minimum of 1).
- Message showing not enough ammo now specifies how much you need for that scale.
- Added support for creative mode and infinite ammo to not require ammo to use the tool.
- Added timeouts for certain sounds that need to repeat.
- Fixed tool inputs not requiring character to be actively controlled.
