fixed the volume of the new theme

fixed a single file that wasn't replaced

added a new jockey theme and cue, along with replacing all the sounds

raised the volume on a few sounds, especialy the attack sounds so you can hear it clearly and over the common infected and the music. still got one folder of sounds to replace

updated some lurking sounds. still working on the rest

testing to fix an issue of it not playing in game
