Lowered Bronze and Iron uses from 250 to 220.
Lowered Iron damage from 60 to 58.
Added Requirement of Science Engine for Copper Spear (Same as default spear).
Increased build cost of Bronze Spear from 1 charcoal to 2
Increased build cost of Iron Spear from 2 charcoal and 2 nitre to 3 of each.
