Fixed enemy Dodge spawning in the middle of the first defensive line, cleverly disguised as it rushing through.

Updated for new patch/GSM versions.

Bit Hakeim:
Restored french medic helmet

Hamburg:
Fixed crash caused by SdKfz4 update in GSM.
Restored 1940 model SdKfz 251 Ausf. C in place of D. On-map vehicles are supposed to be terrible since it's junk pulled out of storage!

Konigsberg:
Fixed duplicate enemy BT-7 spawn. Should now spawn on both sides of the front instead of lots on one.

Mokra:
Restored 1940 model SdKfz 251 Ausf. C in place of D.

Stalingrad:
Fixed plane spawning before attack begins. Still spawns earlier than other missions.
Fixed plane only spawning once.
Fixed enemy spawn zone having not been expanded since the map edge was extended about 10 versions ago!

GSM XII Compatibility Patch! GSM XI no longer supported!

Betio:
Enemy vehicles use some new skins.

Bir Hakeim:
Vehicles use new skins.
Replaced Infantry with Foreign Legion.
Replaced Japanese cap with Foreign Legion cap.
Replaced Bugged Medic hat (Was broken in initial GSM XII release, fixed since this upload will be reverted next time)
Fixed Resupply for starting units.
Fixed AI controlled officer.

Hamburg:
Vehicles use new skins.
Fixed crash with halftrack. (Fixed in GSM patch since this upload, will be reverted)
Replaced removed/replaced GSM infantry models with new versions.

Mokra:
Vehicles use new skins.
Fixed crash with enemy halftrack. (Fixed in GSM patch since this upload, will be reverted)

Stalingrad:
Vehicles use new skins.
Replaced removed/replaced GSM infantry models with new versions.

Troina:
Vehicles use new skins.
Replaced enemy .50 cal Willys jeep removed in latest GSM with Dodge WC-55.
Fixed trench clipping.
Fixed incorrect win text left over from Hamburg.
Fixed start units defaulted to 'free move'.
