Files re-saved to make sure they're the newest version.

Stalingrad:
Re-placed crew for enemy tigers.
Adjusted spawn positions slightly to reduce chances of units being stuck on terrain.

Paulis:
Officers and Commandos no longer Hungarian spies.
Commandos replaced with (Functionally identical) Romanian marines.

Mokra:
Increased train Bofors ammo by several hundred rounds.
